The sister of a man who killed himself after being targeted by the show "To Catch a Predator" as a suspected pedophile is suing NBC Universal for $105 million.

Louis William Conradt, a former U.S. state prosecutor, killed himself in November 2006 after police and camera crews came to his home for NBC's Dateline Program "To Catch a Predator". The show, which involves Dateline and Internet watchdog Perverted Justice, lures potential pedophiles to a "sting house" by using online decoys that pretend to be young children. NBC stated that Conradt had contacted one of the decoys saying he was a 13 year-old boy.

But, according to the lawsuit, Conradt did not visit the decoy house, and instead police and members of the Dateline crew went to Conradt's home without a search warrant or an arrest warrant and brought cameras to film the ordeal.

"They were met by (Conradt). He told them 'I'm not gonna hurt anyone' and shot himself. Then a police office said to a Dateline producer, 'That'll make good TV.' Death was an hour later," the lawsuit said.

NBS says they have not received that lawsuit, but plan on defending themselves because they believe the lawsuit claims are "completely without merit". This is the second lawsuit filed against NBC in the last three months over the "To Catch a Predator" show.
