Chalk's Plane Crash Investigation Begins

Of the 20 people aboard Chalk's Ocean Airways Flight 101, which went down in a firey crash off South Beach Monday, at least 19 were killed. That's how many bodies had been found by 5:30 Monday afternoon. Officials say that they cannot confirm all 20 passengers were killed until they recover all 20 bodies. The NTSB investigators expected to raise the plane's remains early Today.

''We want to move with this as quickly and safely as we can,'' said Mark Rosenker, acting chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board, who called the Grumman G-73T Mallard seaplane among the category of ``uniquely designed aircraft.''
